Shipping and Delivery

Corona:
During the corona crisis, we still pack and ship our packages every working day. In some cases, however, delays occur with our carriers. Therefore, keep in mind that your package may take a little longer than you are used to from us.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day. Most orders are delivered the next day in the Netherlands and within 2 working days in Belgium. Please note that there is a small chance that there will be delays with the carrier of your order.

When paying by bank transfer, your order will be sent after receipt of your payment. This generally takes 1 to 2 business days.

Of course you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your order.

Home delivery: €4.95 (NL) / €6.95 (BE)
DHL Service Point: €4.50 (NL) / €5.95 (BE)

Orders above €40 in the Netherlands and above €60 in Belgium are shipped for free!

To take off
Unfortunately, pick up is not possible, because we have outsourced our logistics process.
